Went there two weeks prior the expected delivery to make sure to have the lumbers delivered early in the morning of a particular day. It turns out that the order is lost, no one can find it, and when it's found, it's too late, I'll lose half of the day waiting for the delivery I need. Next time, I'll trust Home Depot instead.
