I ordered the Kesar Badam Faluda and the Gulab Jamun Roll. Both were indeed flavorful and I could tell that a lot of care went into their preparation. However, I waited for approximately 27 minutes for my order. While I understand that high-quality products can require more preparation time, it's also important to consider that customers value their time. A balance between quality and efficiency is key in providing a great customer experience. I respect your dedication to not cutting corners and maintaining the quality of your products. However, it might be beneficial to communicate potential wait times to customers, especially during busy periods. This way, customers can make informed decisions about whether they have the time to wait or if they should come back at a less busy time. I believe that your commitment to quality is commendable and it's clear that you take pride in your products. However, for myself and others who value both time and quality, it may be more suitable to visit other similar shops or visit at a time when the wait might not be as long. Entered this place to try it for the first time. There was hospital smell, really strong. One star less just for the smell. Chairs were piled up, seating is available but not available, you know what I mean. Ordered Blueberry cheesecake roll, good in taste. Rose falooda also tasted great. Found it to be a little expensive. Taste was overall great. Servers are great. Good takeout joint.
Great ice cream!! I got the cookie cutter rolls. The menu has a huge selection and also quite a few Indian flavours which is great for the Brampton demographic. the inside of the store kind of smells like bleach or chlorine but we didn’t stay for long. It’s honestly an ideal spot for takeout because the store doesn’t have much space for seating. It’s a little pricey for ice cream. 2 cups of rolled ice cream was around $30, but I don’t mind it as it’s a little treat. They use actual dairy vs powdered dairy product and I’m sure that costs more. They’re open until 1AM, I’d totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a late night snack.
Tried this place for the 1st time. Amazing ice cream made right in front of you. Fast service provided by Friendly staff. I really appreciate their efforts. Kids loved the ice-cream. They have many flavors. Highly recommended Rolly Polly Cow.
One of the best places for roll ice creams in the area. The service is fast and they have plenty of options including Indian flavours.
Nice new place. Looked clean. Friendly staff. Ice creams look nice. Price on the higher side. Me and my family did not like the taste as compared to some of the other places like Karachi tawa ice cream, which is our favourite place to date. We are always open on trying new things. We tried different flavours here including a popular here pistachio. The taste of the milk was not to our standards. We wouldn’t walk to go here again. Still three stars because everything else was still decent including staff. Just the actual taste did not resonate with us.
Absolutely disappointing ! I found this place on google and was quickly impressed by the reviews. I ordered a pistachio nut flavoured ice cream scoop on a cone and trust me it didn’t slightly taste of pistachio. The ice cream was an absolute disappointment it was just too sweet with artificial taste. My friends had ordered the Ice cream cake and cotton candy ice cream which was just ok . For the flavour and taste , I believe the price point is too high . Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and wouldn’t be visiting anymore !
I went to this location to try a rolled ice-cream order pistachio and almonds flavour didn’t like pistachio flavour at all but almond flavour was very nice. Went next day and ordered almond ice cream and gulab jamun flavour which was even better than almond flavour ice cream Overall my experience was very good with them but is somebody is willing to try a new flavour please don’t try pistachio flavour as you might not like it
