Large selection of ice cream in this store. Plenty to choose from however, there's a sign there that says "No Samples". Staff is friendly and polite. There a ton of parking outside as it's located in a power center. No chairs inside yet and there's still a lockdown right now. Stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands! Pandemic or not, it just makes good hygiene sense!

Ice cream was good, but it's very expensive. Almost $5 for a kiddie cup that isn't even filled properly see picture. It's not worth it. The lady working there was extremely nice to the customers infront of me. When it was my turn she was just rushing. I'm not sure if she had other stuff to do. But I didn't really like the service. I got the Swiss chocolate and brownies mixed in. I don't think I'll be coming back

I ordered an ice cream cake for my partner's birthday. On the day of pickup, the staff was very nice. But I was so upset after seeing the cake, words cannot describe how shocked I was at the appearance. The cake looks nothing like the advertised cake. It looked like an amateur made my order. The cake was almost 50 dollars, and it looked like it was a five dollar cake. I could have bought something delicious and very beautiful from Fortinos for 27 bucks. Since it was my partner's birthday, I bought it anyways. But what was supposed to be a nice surprise for him, turned out so sad.

The service here is absolutely amazing! I did a Sundae to Go Bar for my party, and the staff here were very helpful. The managers Anita and Balram were so amazing with their hospitality. They gave me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. She packaged everything with such care and love! Thank you Trinity Commons Marble Slab, I will continue to always come here!

I called and ordered a birthday cake Oreo slab, which requires 48hrs notice - I was just trying my luck, as I was ordering with 24hrs:. The rep on the phone was so pleasant and accommodating. She even know what I was gonna order, before I told her :. She noted, she would drop everything she’s doing and get it done, so I could have it in the short time frame that I was ordering. What amazing customer service. Thank you very much.

Anita is literally the best. she’s so amazing and kind and i feel like she’s definitely the heart and soul of this place. she’s so kind and i just don’t have any more words to describe her. someone should consider her for a higher position with social skills like hers. she’d take the company far. will be coming back for sure. and the ice creams good too

Please save yourself from going here. Took my kids for ice-cream and the experience was not good. This place used to be so good and I believe this is owned by a new owner and ruined the experience of eating ice-cream. they are using some cheap ice-cream and very cheap quality toppings to make profit. I would never come back here. The lady who i believe is there is the new owner and have no patience at all. I've asked for a different ice-cream and made the wrong one and didn't even acknowledge. Stay away from here.

Highly recommend this location for custom cakes. I’ve ordered many over the years including one this weekend and they’ve always been beautifully decorated and delicious. Anita always provides amazing customer service and goes out of her way to make each cake special. Thank you!

First time at Marble Slab and definitely not my last. The mint ice cream with chocolate chips in a small cup was heaven! Kids will love the sugar cone with cotton candy icecream and sprinkles....my niece enjoyed every bite.
