Hands down the best Korean-style macarons in Toronto. Creative flavours, beautiful texture and just the right amount of sweetness. They also do an AMAZING strawberry shortcake. You can really taste the quality ingredients in all their offerings. The cafe space is so warm and inviting, I only wish I lived nearby so I could visit more often!
Best macarons in the city!! Fun flavours and lots of other tasty baked treats to choose from. Highly recommend ordering custom cakes here too!
Some of the best macarons I've had, ever! I love the cream, the creative flavours, and you can tell the ingredients they use are fresh! Amazing customer service as well. Super friendly and kind. Will be back! Edit: 4 days later, I returned for some more macarons as a less traditional Thanksgiving treat! My partner's family, who are giant foodies, were all blown away, it was a huge success! They loved it so much, they all plan on grabbing some macarons for themselves on their own time. Every single flavour was delicious, making for a memorable and impressive treat! The freshness of the macarons that has fruit in it DID NOT go missed! The apple cinnamon and strawberry yogurt clearly has fresh fruit in it, and we all loved it! Can't wait to see the new flavors next month! Thank you Rois Cream! Found the flavors names on their instagram account
Honestly, a gem. The other day I had a power outage and decided to give Rois Cream a try. The staff was very lovely and helpful. I ordered a large matcha latte and proceeded in setting up and working. I also had a strawberry shortcake macaron and it was so yumm. The macarons here are a bit different where the filling is very thick but light and it looks like a mini hamburger. If you are lucky their cheeseburger macaron is quite the treat. On another occassion I also tried their earl gray fig scone and it is my favourite--actually all their scones are delicious! Currently they have Halloween decorated macroons--super adorable!
I love their macarons so much, they’re not that sweet and are very delicious! Recommend this to everyone :
This is going to be the next popular spot for Korean macarons for Toronto. Has the best flavours for the right cost. They can totally raise their price to match the competition and I know people will still buy from them. I think if they expand delivery to York region they will have more clients willing to try since they’re some what in an odd location to go to.
While I would generally say Macaroons are not a dessert you should reinvent, Rois does it perfectly. I cannot think of a better place to in Toronto. We like to buy a box everytime we have guests at our house to show them something genuinely Junction. Also great for out of town guests.
I love the aesthetics of the place, it has a kind of calm rustic cafe feel to it that I really enjoyed! However, I personally did not enjoy the macarons very much. And sadly, that's what I came for. The cream in each of them was a bit overwhelming. I know that that amount of cream is typical of fatcarons but my problem was that most of the creams had no taste, in fact they all just tasted like butter, which was not very appealing. The sparkling orange drink I got also had no taste, no matter how many times I stirred. I was a little disappointed.
Went to a sandwich spot next door and spotted this Korean bakery. It has good reviews so my partner and I tried out the cream brûlée and Melona flavoured macaroons - they are SO DELICIOUS! This is coming from someone who isn’t into sweets! Quaint cozy little cafe. Would come again!
Excellent macarons. They are stuffed way more than your traditional macarons, but they are delicious. Not too sweet, not crumbly and not mushy soft. Made perfectly. We got tiramisu and strawberry matcha, which I would recommend to try.
