Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

Maybe I am too easy to please, or just not a lake country Karen or Ken...but this location has always provided us with great service and hot food to go on time. We recently ordered on Halloween night and our large family order was ready at precisely 5PM along with at least 3 other families picking up orders at the same time! How they made that happen was greatly appreciated, at least by me.

We go to Rocky's almost every week and the server named John M rude high schooler boy told us right when my husband and 5 kids came in that we need to clean up after ourselves before we leave. Never saw John M at rocky's before so he was pre-judging us. He then charged us $10 for our 4 water cups after two of our kids filled theirs up with soda. I was so flustered after he interrupted our dinner to give us the $10 drink reciept on top of our bill that I completely didn't notice he never gave us our breadsticks on our order until we were home. He is the rudest server I have ever experienced in my entire life. Rocky's just lost weekly customers because of this rude and incompetent server who lacks any sort of people skills.

I ordered heart pizzas days before Valentines Day for myself & husband, as I’ve done the past several years. We were so excited, hungry ate light all day for this & once we got there it was a very, very poor experience similar as in yrs past. Customers were waiting at the counter & there was craziness behind the counter as in years past on this special day. When we finally made it up to the counter they didn't even have our order ready stating, “we need to bake the pizzas yet.” Seriously!!!! this was half an hour past our pickup time!!!! And this was way past dinner time : We decided to let others whom Rocky’s had lost orders for have our pizzas and went next door to The Chocolate Factory & had our dinner & yummy dessert for much less $$. See you next year Chocolate Factory : Rockys i hope you can get it together cuz i’d like to revisit someday.

Haven't been to a Rocky's in years. breadsticks were good and the same as always. The pizza though seems to be different from when I last had it about seven years ago and not in a good way. Sausage didn't seem the same and the super slice was much smaller. Still ok, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it any longer. Service was fine except they were so busy carrying conversations with each other I had to ask for my soda cup and breadsticks. The manager kind of just stuffed the super slice in a bag and threw at me without any of the other things in the combo.

This is one of the places in my pizza rotation. I’ve had better success ordering my crust to be a little darker. I had an issue with a pizza and management was quick to respond and rectify.

helpful / friendly staff. Pizza was hot and looked tasty, but had no flavour. Dinning area needed to be cleaned tables-seats not very busy.

This is the second time I placed an order over an hour and a half in advance only for no one to be there and the door to be locked when I arrived for pickup. If you lack the staffing to remain open past 4pm, change your hours. Or at least post a sign on the door explaining there’s no staff today. I understand being short staffed, but the lack of communication is appalling. I miss the Delafield location, at least they put signs up when they were understaffed.

Always really great food! They go above and beyond to be acommadating. I got breadsticks and told them they seemed a little hard and they immediately made a new batch and gave me new ones without any issues. They are super friendly and professional everytime I have come in. It is a really clean well maintained restaurant. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Defiently the place to go for good pizza and breadsticks! Their garlic butter sauce they use on their breadsticks is amazing! We

Was craving spaghetti all day... stopped in and was helped by Jenna. She was super friendly and did a great job... hard to find these days. Food was delicious too!
