Elton is great! The staff here are amazing. In and out in under 2 hrs. Never have I had such a great buying experience. My new car is amazing and even after sale is done they are still checking to make sure everything is good. Over and above! Would recommend to anyone/everyone.
We had a wonderful experience buying our truck at Rocky Dodge! Landon and Rod didn’t stop until they found the exact truck we wanted, and Randi-Lea seamlessly got all the paperwork done online so all I had to do was stop in and pick up the new truck. Landon and Rod have continued to go out of their way to make our lives easier when we recently needed warranty work done. Rod personally delivered a loaner vehicle to our house, and had it picked up once we no longer needed it. We’ve never experienced this level of service from any dealership in the past, and for this reason we won’t shop anywhere else going forward! I would highly recommend dealing with Rocky Dodge!
I found my new truck at Rocky Mountain Dodge shortly after an accident wrecked my old truck in April. Landon and Beverley were great. From initially having the truck brought out to my house for a test drive to arranging for my old truck being appraised at their facility and eventually being written off, to the final sale. Anyone who’s dealt with insurance lately knows what a painfully long process that can be. Insurance was the hold up on everything pertaining to this purchase. Both Landon and Beverley were very patient and pleasant to deal with during a very frustrating time. Eventually the Service Manager, Sharon, was able to receive my old vehicle and properly appraise it for damage. I’m pretty sure, that without the service department’s help, my vehicle write-off would still be in limbo. She got the vehicle in, and very quickly found way more damage than the insurance appraisal. Once written off, Beverley quickly took care of paperwork, prepping the new vehicle and getting accessories and everything ready to go that we agreed on. In my last 5 new vehicle purchases, this was hands down the most “no-hassle” purchase I’ve ever made from a dealer. Beverley was fantastic to deal with! There were also no hidden surprises or pressure tactics at signing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I was presented with some available service options for the vehicle and they outlined the benefits of each. There was no pressure to commit to anything, and the information supplied was useful. I love my new truck, and I had a very positive experience with every person I dealt with during the service and purchase process. I highly recommend dealing with the team at Rocky Mountain Dodge. Another home run for Eldon and his crew at Rocky Mountain Dodge. Months after buying my 2017 Ram Mega Cab, they are making my buying experience even better. He found the perfect used truck for my family and was willing to sacrifice his free time to bring me the truck so I could test drive it. Between Eldon’s Dedication and Nikki’s financial wizardry they got me the truck I wanted at the term I wanted and an interest rate I was surprised at for a used vehicle. Recently got a new truck from here. They were really great to deal with. Had some logistical issues getting the truck and having my rental returned and they took care of everything. Eldon went above and beyond for me, I usually despise going to dealerships but they are different. Highly recommend
