Kal Tire

I've been dealing with the Kal Tire outlet in Rocky Mountain House for 20 years, and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Recently, we had to stop by due to have an issue with my wife's 2001 Durango assessed. After a short test drive and inspection, the shop supervisor (Chris) diagnosed the problem as being the rear universal joint as well as the front drive shaft. Despite having a full job schedule, he was concerned for our safety, and made time for the initial repair so that we could safely return home (approximately 100 kilometres). We returned the following week the have the follow-on repairs completed, and are totally happy with the results. This whole experience demonstrates that Kal Tire values their customers and will strive to ensure their satisfaction and safety.

We want to share our experience at Rocky Mountain House Kal Tire. We had a tire blow out on our holiday trailer and we stopped in to get a couple new tires put on. They immediately took us in and changed the tires and then told us that a shackle was broke and had to be fixed. It was hanging down between the tires, and likely the cause of the tire blowing. They also took care of that, and while we had the grandkids in the waiting room, they made fresh popcorn for them. They were very efficient and fast. Our granddaughter said they were sweet people and fast. We paid the bill for the new tires, but they didn't charge for the new shackle. They told us to enjoy the rest of our holiday. We are very thankful for the great group of people there and how well they treated us!! THANK YOU TO THE GREAT STAFF!

The staff at Kal-tire Rocky Mountain house were very friendly an knowledgeable, they got me in right away an I am very pleased with the outcome an would recommend this store to everyone! Ask for Adrian! 🤘

Top notch service, as always! I deal with this location with our trucking company and am now a personal customer. We had to drive almost an hour and it was well worth it. Not only did I get a great deal on some new winters, but they also lent us a company vehicle to go have breakfast while we waited! We will be using this Kal Tire location for ALL our tire needs!!
