Everyone was super helpful. It's nice that you can apply for membership and loans online. And it was great that they communicate via email as well. I don't have time during the day to make calls or go in to talk someone. But I have access to email throughout the day. So it was nice to ask questions and get answers through email.

Have had nothing but great experience thus far! Had a loan here for 6 months best rates no drama going back today to get another! Christina is fantastic!

I bank at the butte branch and I can say the only thing good about this bank since it merged into Rocky Mountain is the staff. Staff is great, but the bank itself is a different story.

Online banking app never works and for someone who works nights and can't physically make it to the bank during business hours makes it incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to pay bills and check my account.
