Only had a bagel and a frapp but i wasn't disappointed and one of the best frappés I've ever had!

A nice space but there's basically no allergy friendly or gluten free options.

I'd like to say something positive but I can't. I have nothing bad about the drinks and food or the place as both are great. But when I order my drink, their is a black guy (identifier, no idea if there is another man there) there who seems to purposely get it wrong. I don't know how that is manageable because its DIRECTLY off the menu - its the simplest drink. Yet he always manages to get it wrong. At first he'd make a drink I didn't order, the only reason I didn't fuss about it is because it was good. He's nearly always on his phone WHILE working with customers. If I did that, I would be fired. He once gave me the "hold-on" finger, before I made the order. From the contents of the conversation it had NOTHING to do with business. He would also be texting or using his phone WHILE creating the order - making a perfect opportunity for errors. I am not fond of him and I do not like it when he is there, he seems harsh and rude and impersonal. There is another one who also gets my drink wrong. Its unbelievable, its like I have to literally hold their hand while they make my drink so I get what I paid for! Great place and great products but REALLY needs to revise their workers.

Very slow service. Coffee tasted horrible. Never go again.
