McDonald's

Horrible service. Very rude. Almost every night after work I stop at this McDonalds and the one on Hwy 2 and ask for a strawberry and vanilla shake. (strawberry and vanilla mixed) Which isn't too hard to make I wouldn't think. Usually there isn't an issue anywhere else, but for some reason the employees here always give me a hard time. They said they couldn't mix flavors tonight, which was no big deal to me so I just ordered 1 strawberry and 1 vanilla shake. At the 1st window the cashier was very rude. Horrible customer service. And they failed to give me a straw at the 2nd window. So I pulled back around to go inside myself and get a straw because the drive thru line was pretty long and the manager was outside and basically ran to the door to beat me and says "the lobby is closed" and turned around and locked the door. So I had to jump in the drive thru line and wait to get a straw because the manager for some reason was in a huge hurry to not let me in. Long story short, EVERY employee and manager there that night was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Learn customer service and learn how to work for the public because we are the ones that keep the company running. I'd rather drive an extra 35 minutes to Michigan City Mcdonalds than deal with these people ever again.

Drive through did not get order correct. Average McDonald's with mediocre experience.

It's pretty good overall, just sometimes they forget honey mustard or ranch. They sometimes forget to do special orders right.

Rude SLOW and management/owners really do not care about poor customer service. I have asked to speak with owner through management and corporate and have beenbeen ignored. But, it's McDonalds what do you expect, it's the Comcast of fast food.
