Horrible always under staffed, my daughter had to attend a safety class because she was assaulted on the bus, driver didn't report the incident yet a mandatory Saturday class was scheduled the host was a Hispanic woman from Rolin Greene whom constantly targeted my African American child to participate although she was already embarrassed about attending. Yeah very discriminatory staff especially at constance lane

My son is in kindergarten and has had multiple altercations with other students on the bus. Each time there have been other children that witnessed the altercation and attest that my child has not been the aggressor in either instance. Each time I have reported concern. Each time I have done so, there has been no accountability on the part of the bus company. I have been told that there was no attendant to assist the bus drivers when in fact there are. I’ve been told by the attendant that I confronted after an incident just yesterday that they are “unable to interfere with the children” as if breaking up a fight isn’t your job or the immediate safety response as the adult. This irresponsible behavior and poor approach when it comes to the supervision and safety of children is disgusting to say the least.

Nice drive there just that there's a lot of construction on 15th Avenue all side streets up to kishwaukee street. Very nice staff and very friendly thanks for getting my granddaughters portfolio life saver

The worst . My son is in kindergarten and has been being bullied since the school year has started they have a bus assistant that watches children fight my child and doesn’t do anything . When I question them their rebuttal is “we can’t touch them” they have no control over the students as students are standing on seats and throwing things out of the window before the bus stops at the drop off point . They are disgusting and unprofessional !

My son was supposed to attend a Saturday class due to his behavior on the bus & I was told to be there with him at 8am. Which I was exactly on time. I waited 10 minutes outside in the cold then called but nobody answered so i headed home. Then I get a call back from someone claiming I was not at the building at 8AM basically calling me a liar so I told them to roll back the tapes. They were very rude to me and hung up on me and the following week my son was suspended for 3 days which ment I had to drive him to and from his school for those 3 days which interfered with my work schedule.

The worst bus company I've ever dealt with drivers are rude. The Company makes their own rules. They rush your children to get on and off the bus. They constantly changing the pick up times . And trying to get ahold of someone is nearly impossible.

Worst customer service ever.. been trying to contact someone about a bus driver being rude too both my daughter’s.. she’s been giving my girls a hard time to the point my daughter’s don’t want to ride bus anymore.. I hope the right person reads this and does something about it..

They never answer there phones and ate extremely rude when they once in a life time do answer there phones . If you don't like you job then quit
