Dr. Gahl is wonderful and I was treated very well by all the staff. The only problem I had was that it was hard to get paperwork for Short term disability for work. Had to go to primary physician for that. Also needed a return to work letter and they were hesitant to do that as well. They said if you have surgery, that's the only time they will fill out that type of paperwork. Otherwise my treatment was great and so was everyone there..

Dr. and staff were wonderful. ..until question of treatment was addressed by Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN...then I was left on my own...treated terrible by Dr and nurse Linda...told they would remove my morphine pump and I could go back to Mayo...I did everything they told me for 10 years...not my fault that my pump put in by Dr. D. failed....very hurt by treatment I received at the end....

The doctor is great but the staff is terrible. They never return calls even when they promise to and you leave messages and they are rude. Nurses are there until 6 but they wont answer any calls after 430. This place also is one of the only places in town that will not tell you what your costs are up front. They claim they dont have the computer program to do it so you walking in not knowing at all how to budget for your treatment and they have strict payment guidelines. The only thing exceptional about this place are their doctors. But once youve had your first appointment the staff pretty much doesnt care after that so be forewarned.

Ive been very happy here over the last 5 years. The doctors and nurses seem to show a genuine concern for their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Gahl, Dr. Dahlberg and Nurse Practitioner Kim Hedegaard. I wouldn't choose to be seen anywhere else for my back health.
