Story

The term “headshop” isn’t enough. What are we? One huge scoop of band t-shirts, one heafty helping of glassware, a metric ton of body jewellery—sprinkle in a liberal amount of rolling papers, posters, belts and buckles and you’ve only got a taste of what we have to offer.

The world is always changing; we are as well: New products come through our doors every week for all corners of the globe. Come on in to any of our locations and let the atmosphere consume you. Always clean, always well lit, rad music, great staff; you may even catch your favourite Cheech and Chong movie being played. Ask any member of the Rock Universe team and they’ll be eager to lend you an ear.

Why pay double the price for the wrong size t-shirt at a concert when you can see have the selection we have? Whether you’re debating the merits of going glass or staying with a choice favourite like acrylic, deciding between vaporizing or even rolling your own; we’ll be here for you.

Wow, what a great shop! Excellent selection of glass! Super big store, a lot of inventory. Bongs, stems, bowls, pipes, papers, grinders... anything you're looking for, even novelty T-shirts! The employee was fantastic, knowledgeable about all the products in the store, and very friendly. Gift cards were also available

The main girl working the counter, thin brown girl always has an attitude and will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the store and sell product. I've had experiences with her before where she wasn't nice and didn't seem very knowledgable. Yesterday I called and this girl tells me 25% off all high end glass. I get to the store and she tells me that was last week's promotion. Then tried to tell me I called the wrong store I didn't. Didn't offer any compensation for LYING or WASTING MY TIME. Won't be coming back. I think it's time to get a new head employee, rock. Cya

I LOVE going to Rock U. The selection is AWESOME. Whenever I come here, I always have a smile on my face. The employees are super friendly and great to talk to. And very informative as well. Whenever I ask for a bong and I always get the best one that works for me and I get a full description of how good they are and what the perks of it are. I’m never disappointed when I come here. I’ve never had a lame experience. I love Rock U, and I will always continue to come here
Just your friendly neighbourhood head shop. Staff are knowledgeable and the stock is really good. It’s a good beginner shop. It doubles well as a good place for established consumers to get replaced parts and papers. Plus cool merchandise like stickers, t-shirts, alternative perching jewelry and of course incense! Plus it’s beside the McDonald’s guys that’s where you can get the nuggets people!!!
Staff recommendations are not the best. They don't do exchanges but gave me no tax on my next purchase. I only gave one star because of that. The only reason why I go here is because it's convenient but now I'll be going to Culture Rising in Mississauga instead. The staff there are more knowledgeable and they accept exchanges.
A nice head shop. A fiend of mine took me there.
