First time in a cigar shop. The man there was very patient and helpful, answering questions and offering advice without any pressure or judgment. His advice was tailored to my level and he did not in any way try to up-sell me. Lots of selection in store. I will definitely be returning.
Had an amazing time on the annual Havana Castle Cigar Cruise! So worth it and as my introduction to cigars, a fun-filled experience to try out different cigars and learn from the experts on how it is done. Highly recommended!!

I went in to the burlington location saturday. The guy at the counter was awesome, didnt get his name but very professional. Picked up some partagas that were enjoyable.
Very knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations. There was a huge selection in whatever style of cigar you are looking for. I'll definitely be back and recommend to others. The prices were cheaper than other shops I have visited around the area.
