Never again!! Bought a boat from them almost 12 years ago and the experience was very disappointing. The delivery date was pushed back several times before we actually receIved the boat. A month or so ago thought I'd try then again since time has passed. This time was for an install on a fish finder and to check my trailer lights because I keep blowing my right trailer light. I specifically asked them and made sure they were familiar with this type of fish finder prior to bringing the boat there. I was told they were and if they crossed anything they weren't sure about they had Lowrance support to get them through it. When I picked the boat up I asked just to make sure everything was working properly and was told yes it was. So I said oh you launched the boat and tried it? He said oh no we would have to charge you $90/hr to do that but don't worry it will work.The first time I launched the boat the unit turned on but would not work. Surprise!! After a call to Lowrance their tech told me they never even did any of the set up in the unit. Something as simple as selecting the correct transducer was too much for them. I also had to adjust the height of the transducer myself because it wouldn't read.The trailer lights were much the same. Asked them if they found the issue and was told they looked at the wires and "shook" them but would have to charge me $90/hr to actually find out what's wrong. What a waste of $300+...save yourself the aggrevation and money and go elsewhere.

My wife and I purchased our retirement bass boat from Joe in sales just recently.Joe did a excellent job in showing us how the boat functioned and took both of us for a test drive. They are a very busy marina with a lot of new boats being sold as well. Thanks Joe for monark. We are going to enjoy for quite sometime.
