Rock County Honda

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Rock County Honda. The salesman, Tim Thompson, was just such a good guy. No pressure, no baloney...just kind, honest, genuine and hardworking. I have never had a car buying experience be so easy and hassle-free. I would do business with Rock County Honda and him again in a heartbeat.

I liked everything! Appointment was easy to make, the price was surprisingly reasonable (used to dealerships being way more in general), the personnel were all friendly and helpful and your waiting area was clean and comfortable. Oh yeah, and the wait time for my oil change was just what I felt it should be maybe even faster!

Great service very fast service! A little more than the other guys but we'll worth it because I don't have wait along time and I know it's done right the first time!

I purchased a 2005 Golf Tdi,and the salesman was very nice,knowledgeable,he was not pushing me to buy the car like the rest of them do,very patient. The facility is big with very nice variety of cars,however I was unhappy because when I checked the carfax it said in the service that they have sone that they checked the tires on the car and the pessure and also that the tires were repaired. I can tell you that the tires were totally unsafe to drive,they were cracked on the sidewalls and where the tread is to the point where they could blow up any time. So basically I had to purchase tires from them when purchased the car,which I think the car should have safe tires when sold from the Lot. I will probably not purchase the next vehicle from them again if the tires are not safe again.
