Doctor Elm was very personable and professional. My wait time was minimal to see the doctor and Dr. Elm provided me we multiple options. There was no pressure to make a decision. Receptionist was extremely friendly and personable.

Love Dr Graglia. Very kind individual, goes the extra mile for his patients. The support staff is friendly and helpful at all locations.

The 3 people that I met-the receptionist, the doctor and his assistant were all very friendly and easy to talk to.

While the doctor and team members are nice, the wait time is ridiculous. I expect to wait 10-15 min past my scheduled time, but 45 min & beyond is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If the doctor needs more time with their patients, they should try handle their scheduling accordingly.

The staff at both locations from the front desk to the nurses in back are the best. The schedules runs on time, and your comfort is important. Dr. Victor helps my feet especially my toes be as “happy” & healthy as possible. I am grateful for all this practice does for me!

I have found this clinic to be excellent.

Disappointed in service! Every appointment I had, had to wait for over 30-45 minutes past scheduled time.
