Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

It was my first experience with Premier Oral (Roscoe, IL) and Dr. Meister performed my service. I have had more than my share of dental work done over the years and choosing a good dentist/oral surgeon can sometimes be a bit challenging. The staff at Oral was friendly and professional. Dr. Meister made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was humorous, knowledgable, kind, and very professional. If one could have a great experience going to the dentist I did here. I would highly recommend Dr. Meister at Premier Oral. If I have a need in this area again he will be my first choice. Thank you for performing my service and providing the excellent experience I had.

Waited in lobby for 15 mins, waited in office for 15 mins, spent 8 minutes with Dr, waited in office for nurse to come get me (per dr orders, so she could take me to financial consultant) another 10 mins, nurse then walked me to another seat to wait for financing women to finish with clients, when they leave, I'm suppose to go in.....after another 10 mins, I walk into finance room and said, "Hello" the finance women responded by saying.... "okay, nobody told me about you, and you are? ....... wow! I told her, "apparently I'm nobody" and I left! NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!!!. PS... I sent an email directly to HR,, the day of my appointment over 2 weeks ago and received no response.

I had my son's consultation appt this morning for removal of his wisdom teeth. I was very impressed with all there staff. Receptionist was extremely helpful, and Dr. Kuerschner explained everything with us. Very impressed and I highly recommend it. Thank you

My daughter was a patient at the Janesville location earlier this year. She is 10 and was in tears before her procedure – she was so nervous and frightened. I feel Dr. Kuerschner and his nurse were very in tune with her feelings and made an extra effort to comfort her. There were no tears when we left because she was given her very own pint of chocolate ice cream – a very very big deal to a 10 year old. The ice cream was a totally unexpected personal touch that made our daughter feel better and brought a smile back to her face. We would highly recommend them and would return without hesitation.

I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted and was really impressed with the professionalism at the Janesville Premier. At my initial consult, I met briefly with Dr. Swantek and then sat down with their insurance lady who, by some miracle, was able to quickly communicate with my health AND dental insurance to get me preapproved for the procedure and a quote for copay. The day of the procedure, I ended up waiting for 15 min past my appointment time in the lobby, but the nurse who finally got me was really nice and patient with me (I was pretty nervous). She gave me the fastest, most painless IV I’ve ever received and had no bruising or marks afterwards. I didn’t like that the heart rate monitor was so loud - that made me even more anxious. I was most nervous about the anesthesia but all I remember was the nurse telling me they would be giving that to me shortly. Before I knew it, the procedure was done and they were helping me into the recovery room. I told the nurses that I was dizzy and not steady on my feet and they accomodated me and were understanding. They gave my husband thorough instructions and handouts while I recovered. A few days later, I thought my stitches had popped in one area. I looked at the clock and of course it was 5:00 pm on a Friday. I phoned the after hours number they gave me and spoke with an answering service. Dr. Meister called me back a few minutes later and assured me that what I was seeing was completely normal. I really appreciated being able to get a quick response. Overall, I was really impressed with the care I received.
