Professional staff, the restaurant is clean, good menu selection. Prices are average, smoke meat isn't cheap. I was very happy with my Philly Steak. The fries are crispy and given in big portions. Looking forward to returning here again.
Another amazing addition to Vaudreuil-Soulanges region! Great burger, smoked meat and churros. We ordered the Royal burger, it’s a big excellent burger with combination of beef and smoked meat. There’s option to replace fries to the salad. The salad is fresh. Churros are crispy, sweet and enjoyable.
This was the "Ceasar wrap" I was surprised when they just got it from the display case in front of me. Was disappointed it wasn't made fresh. No lettuce, no crunchy bacon, no flavor like described on the menu. Fries were dry and somehow 'chewy'. Food was served hot, but otherwise I wasn't given a reason to return.
Incredibly disappointing! We had the medium size smoked meat combo and the chicken club sandwich combo. The smoked meat itself was good. But not very much was given so was a thin sandwich - not what you would expect / more bread than meat. Chicken for the club sandwich was super cold and tasted like it had been frozen. French fries were barely passable. Coleslaw was bland. For $45 this was a definite fail. Would definitely not recommend.
I always ordered in from this place on Uber eats. The food is always fantastic. In last few months though, they changed their portion sizing. They used to be much more generous on the fries and poutines. It's almost like everything when down 1 size. It's still good food but now everything is just a little less value. The only thing I wouldn't have again is the cheese steak. The cheese was not good - it looked less like melted cheese and more like cheese from a bottle whiz cheese?. The smoke meat sandwiches are my go to and they're flipping great.
Not sure if owners are different from when this place first opened, but quality of food and service has gone down. Asked and paid for lean smoked meat but was given medium/fatty. I reiterated that I asked for lean, and the man who I believe is the owner proceeded to tell me there is no such thing as completely lean. He gave me another cut - still fatty - and said that was the best he can do. Not my first time having smoked meat, so very aware that lean exists. And if it didn’t exist, he should perhaps rethink charging more for “lean”. Won’t be returning - much better options and service in the area.
Love love love!! My husband bought the smoked meat sandwich with a poutine and absolutely loved it. Smoked meat was lean like we asked and the poutine was delicious!! I got a Royal burger and was pleased by the size of it and the quality of the meat as well. Definitely recommend to others.
I just came before closing on my way back from work and I ordered the smoke meat poutine lasso fries and Philly cheese steak no peppers. Let me tell you, I will be coming back for that same order. The gravy for the poutine was delicious and the smoke meat took the poutine to another level. The Philly cheese steak was also very delicious. The chef and workers were smiling and welcoming. The front door said “ new administration, did you guys change owners? Either way, I was very pleased and hope the ambiance stays the same each time!
We loved our experience at the Rock'n Deli in Vaudreuil. We were a large group 12 people, and we had a big order. The service was quick and efficient, and they got the order perfect! We loved the food best Smoked Meat, and the kids loved it too Chicken burgers, poutine. More importantly the staff / owners were very friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Also the restaurant itself is very nice nice modern look, clean and comfortable. Great location, nice place to go after doing groceries at Costco. We can't wait to go back!
Really kind owners. Staff was putting in a lot of effort & were working very hard to make sure everything was up to par! The young man at the cash was being trained & did a fantastic job at serving my sister & I. Ambiance and work station was very neat. Machines were SPARKLING. I understand that it's a new restaurant, but I like to see that the owners spent money into buying brand new items rather than 2nd hand things. Now let's dive into the food! We ordered a small smoked meat sandwich & recieved a complimentary poutine as it was their opening day. The cheese was very squeaky, so if you're into that, then DEFINITELY opt for it. Fries were a bit too thin for my liking however, they were delicious nonetheless. Smoked meat sandwich had a generous amount of meat but the mustard was very overpowering. Not sure what tasted like lemon juice, but I assume it was the mustard. It was very acidic and didn't really taste like mustard. That's definitely something that needs improvement & I'd like less of it next time. Meat was decent. Everything on the menu EXCEPT THE POGO is halal! It's fried in a separate fryer so I have to give credit for that. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
