ROC - Rustproofers of Canada - Mississauga

This was the first time taking my car here for detailing. They did an excellent job of detailing / waxing my Impreza last month. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ROC for any work they done and they will get my business in the future.

When this morning ROC - Rustproofers of Canada - Mississauga , Ziebart before it was called because I find rust on my car I show man in charge Doug ,he said he wouldn't fix it. .It's still in warranty ,I have been going there since car was new 6 years and warranty is 10 years. He didn't even want to get off he's seat to go see it. I was there for maybe 10 to 15 minutes. If I can rate that company Roc I rated "0" out 5 bad customer service worse company ever gone to.

I have been a customer of this shop for many years and I even heard that he has a customer with the same last name like me so that means that ROC is the best car detail shop around the work is the best I have ever experienced and customer service is priceless.

I had the same problem as John had , poor workmanship and rude owner and staff don't like listen to customer at all.

I've used these guys for two years now to rust-proof both my vehicles. This month I also had them detail both vehicles along with the semi annual rust-proofing and Doug and the boys did an amazing job! One vehicle was so filthy inside when I dropped it off - it came back looking, AND SMELLING, brand new - inside and out! Highly recommended! Not Lars
