I was going to finance a boat. I was dealing with Quinton. I called and left messages for him for 3 days in a row with no response. Then another salesperson named Ryan took over. Because I work on the rigs I can't call whenever I want and yes, I understand they get busy too but we played phone tag for 3 days, then he was in California for 3 days before I finally talked to him. Anyway, I got approved for financing and was going to put 5k down. Sent an e transfer which sat in limbo for a day, no call to let me know what's going on, left in the dark all the time, paperwork not sent. It was like they were doing me a favor by selling me a boat so I said to hell with it and told them to keep their boat. I get better service at McDonald's for a $3 burger than with Robertson's for a $20,000 boat.

I'd like to retract my prior review on this business. Cody started assisting me and I'm now satisfied. I got a great price on the boat that I bought. I would have deleted my previous review but this app doesn't make it easy to do that.
