We are on vacation camping in Saskatchewan from Alberta. While on route to Pallisare Regional Park we got not one but two flats...one in the truck and one on the trailer. I put the spare on the truck and towed the trailer to Morse where I left it and took the flat off it and headed to Kal tire in Swift Current. We were created with friendly customer service and they took my truck right in. They fixed both tires, remounted my truck tire and stowed the spare back under the box and in the end did not charge us. This is not the first time I have had this kind of service from Kal-Tire, although this was my first time here and this is why I keep going back. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and I will defiantly tell everyone I know to use your company.

Great service at a reasonable price. No BS. No lies, no attitude and I got the feeling they actually wanted my business. They only do what needs fixing and don't try to create unnecessary work. If there might be something unforeseen, they let you know of it beforehand. Did I mention no attitude?
