All I can say is that they have excellent and trustworthy service that you can rely on. I called them to book an appointment and Shari was very nice and scheduled it for me, she even called me when there was an early opening in the schedule and if I was available for it but I wasn't. She followed up if I was available on the schedule we booked. The electrician, Craig, came at the exact time they said he would be that was around 0800-0830. I had a wiring issue with some potlights in the basement. He explained to me what he was doing as I told him that I was unknowledgeable about electrical things and he made sure there was nothing wrong with the wiring. He told me what the issue was and replaced it. Even offered to clean up the floor where a little mess was made from the repairs. This is one company you can certainly trust and rely on for your electrical needs.
