Fact- Robert Thomas, while serving as Treasurer of The Grace Episcopal Church, modified a 90+yo WW2 vet's Will multiple times in his final 3 years of life, making himself personal representative of the Estate, then billed the trust $175/hr, in 6 min increments, to administer the Will, which directed all the assets to the church. He was not even patient enough to collect fees monthly...he wants them "as billed." It is my honestly-held belief that this is immoral and unethical, even if it can be cleared as legal. I will update this review with the final fee that Robert Thomas charges the Estate for providing his services as representative, including public record documents.
Despicable individual who preys upon the elderly. I'd caution against encouraging your loved ones to be in contact with him. He financially exploited my WW2-veteran grandfather for only a modest amount of money. His unethical abyss is beyond reproach.
