In 1994, she graduated from Cooley Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree. Catherine has been practicing in family law and child custody work since 1997. Catherine has represented both mothers and fathers in the areas of custody, parenting time and support enforcement areas. Her success stories include obtaining sole physical custody for fathers in both divorce and post-judgment phases. Catherine has worked closely with the courts in the areas of custody, abuse and neglect and juvenile cases as a parental advocate and a guardian ad litem (who promotes the best interests of the children) which has resulted in a positive working relationship with the courts in all legal matters.
