Have to let the phone ring for anywhere between 30 seconds to 2 minutes before anyone picks up on any given day. Waited 30mins. Called to ask how much longer it’ll be and the lady said 15 more minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. I could have walked to my destination in the time it takes to get a cab. Both taxi places in Thunder Bay are awful. But I e always had more luck here. The drivers are polite people and always interesting to converse with but the wait is unbearable. Do yourself a favour and find any other way to your destination. Edit: The banker who helped me at Scotia gave me a ride home after I waited an hour and forty minutes and called five times with different estimates on cab times each time.

Taxi companies in Thunder Bay do not deserve any stars. They unreliable, they smell like ashtrays, they are dirty. Taxi companies in Thunder Bay require a total makeover. My 69 year old mother, with MS. was left having to wait 70 minutes by herself when she was told a cab would be there in 10 minutes. No integrity whatsoever or respect for the service they provide or the people they provide that service. Totally unacceptable.

I had a terrifying ride home the other night when I took this cab service. First of all, when I told the cab driver where I was going he wouldn't even leave if I didn't show him evidence of money. Secondly, just as my $29 dollar cab ride was coming to an end, he decided to take me on a joy ride to make my fair an even $31.25; I'm a local from Tbay, so I know the streets, I even told him the way to go, but he insisted it "shaved off time". I realize, this city is not the safest; but as a 20 year old female, I deserve to have a safe ride home (a service which I thought a taxi company provided), no matter the time of day. I don't deserve to be scared in a vehicle whose driver is not only hazardous but ignorant as well. Needless to say, I left the cab very thankful to be home.

What a joke this so called can company is. I've never had to deal with a company that questions whether or not I need an actual ride. I had to call three times and after dealing with the most unprofessional female ( the least vulgar way I can describe the derogatory language and attitude I experienced) I gave up and chose another local company. I would NEVER use this joke of a 'company' ever again. I don't live here but I hope to God Uber or Lyft replaces this piece of garbage excuse for a ride home after a night out. Hopefully this so called company burns to the ground. After taking to the crowd (also waiting) I think it is imminent that this can company will be overlooked and eventually get what it deserves.

I gave 2 stars because the driver was pleasent and friendly. The cab itself was in bad shape. The ABS light was on, the back door wouldn’t open from the inside, and it stunk of cigarettes and who knows what else. There was only 1 Roaches cab waiting ready at the airport for a flight arriving from Toronto. If a single cab company is given the rights to airport pickups then they should have to staff it so people don’t need to stand in line out in the cold.
