Terrible cab company. Lazy old drivers that won't help you with anything. Or ones that speak little to no English. And them driving around town they seem to think they are above the law. Driving way over speed limit, never signaling. Cutting people off. Talking on there cell phone while driving.

If giving no stars was an option, I would have done that. Waiting for an hour for a cab when they said it would be less than 20 minutes. Patiently waiting for Uber to make it's way here. At least they'll show up and treat you right.

Bad experience, called and waited for over 40 minutes. Said they were here but I was outside waiting for over 15 minutes for them. Called back and got told they weren’t sending another and hung up on me!

It is unfortunate I have to put a one .... I wish zero was an option .... worst service ever!!! Called twice on two different days and was told a time ... only to have it be twice as long, 30 minutes turned to over an hour ...wow!! I could have caught the bus and got to my appointments on time. Thunder Bay please get more options than the terrible cab companies.... roachs wouldn’t take me home from PA to Westfort either, what is theirs “out of my area “BS. Maybe the dispatcher and driver could be less rude too !!!

Driver barely spoke; didn't bother to help with bags (in or put) nor get out of the mini-van let alone even tell us how to open the rear hatch. Then he drove like a nut, spinning the tires after stopping at red lights. All the while low tire pressure warning light blinking on the dash. The only good thing I can say is that he arrived within 5 minutes after our hotel, Prince Arthur Waterfront, forgot to arrange transport for us to the airport. Thunder Bay is in serious need of Uber considering the poor ratings of both the taxi companies available in this city and considering the crazy high rates these taxi companies charge for their horrible service.
