Riverview Motel

I absolutely hate leaving low reviews but the hotel was quite old. A couple of the lights in my room did not work. The bathroom was pretty sketchy... Walls between the neighbours are super thin. I was there for a week.

The motel was clean and cozy with helpful and friendly hosts. Although it looked run down from the outside, the inside of the room I rented was good and peacful. I found the motel to be safe. The door had proper latches unlike other motels in the area. Its location near the water makes it more attractive. The owner have added two piers for those who like fishing.

It's a place to sleep. They don't pretend to be the Hilton, but it's very good for what they are.

The rooms are clean..the staff friendly ..very scenic and quiet at night..very relaxed atmosphere.. Most defiantly worth a visit! And mention Steve sent you!

For the price, it's ok. It's not worth over 90 a night like they may suggest. Cold Cinder block rooms, but clean comfy beds. The backyard has a firepit and beach potential but instead they decided to dump a few tons of concrete on it to enhance their (probably unknown )beauty of their gorgeous wild orchids. ( Flowering g now in early June )
