Riverview Motel

Convenient location for a stop on my road trip. Easy check in procedure verging on too easy, no check of my IDnDecent sized room, with a bit of a lingering smell that was made better by leaving the door open for a bit and airing it out. Decently sound proof between rooms and was not disturbed by other people.nnMajor con was the condition of the bathroom and towels provided. Had 3 bath towels and one floor mat in the bathroom when I arrived. 1 towel was already hanging on back of door and had stains, 2nd towel was folded but had numerous stains and a tear, 3rd towel was decently white still but was pretty worn out. Floor mat also had numerous stains. To be transparent, I just sucked it up for the one night and used the 3rd one and didn’t both with asking for new towels or problem solving it, so I can’t speak to how it would have been addressed by the staff.

Great place to be if enjoy the outdoors and want to be close to the river.nThe Marina is very close by to rent a canoe and go out on the water.nnThe rooms are really nice and clean searched for any secret cameras and what not: SAFE placenLet’s call the rooms for what they are: a DUNGEON!

This isn't a big ritzy hotel but I'm telling you now, you won't be disappointed at all. The view is beautiful on the river, rooms are clean and nice sized. The hospitality is perfect! Quiet area, very relaxing. I will for sure stay here again if I'm in the area

With chickens running around in the parking lot, a musty smell in the room, no iron and not even a box of Kleenex I would hesitate recommending this motel to my friends or family.
