The manager is hard to get ahold of to speak to him have to just bout chase him when he driving to speak to him. The park has a lot of water and sewage the park was told buy city to fix all.

A mobile ghetto of dilapidated trailers, junk, poorly maintained grounds and transient trash. Recent City of Lansing inspection yielded multiple dozens of violations. Should either be forced to full code compliance or leveled and turned into quality housing for responsible owners / tenants!
