By far, the best sushi in Montreal. However service is, also by far, not on par with the experience. It was either very cold and distant or too friendly and almost pushy. The waiter explanations of the different sake was very approximative and not helpful at all. He seemed more interested to push us to add the signature dishes to crank up the bill. The different waiter seemed in a hurry, also my running, and knocking on the back of our chairs while moving around. Seems like everything was perfected in the kitchen but there’s is still a lot to improve in the dining room. Hopefully this will improve over time.

Had the omakase 7 course meal for lunch. Its a hit and miss for some people, I enjoyed 6 of the 7 courses. Sashimi course was great but the seared tuna put me off in a way. Where everything was raw but then you had the tuna where it had seared slightly cooked edges, it was just odd for me. But I really enjoyed the rest of it. Maybe a little expensive for a lunch but you are paying for the creativity of the food, ambiance, and service. Which was all great.

Amazing food and service here. I wish I could afford to eat here more often. Had the Omakaze and the flavours in the various dishes went really well together. Fish was very fresh and the acupunctured fish was excellent!

Lives up to it's reputation. The tasting menu is something to be tried once in everyone's lifetime. The quality and service are world class. Phenomenal.

Amaaazing food, freshest and tastiest sushi I 've ever had. The staff is friendly and th e wine list is impressive. Highly recommend this place for lunch or for diner so worth the price.
