Went for a new years eve party there 50.00 a ticket the band was amazing the only part of the food that was good was the pork, they raffled memberships what a joke. Bright side our waitress was awesome. We had a great time, but not because it was held at this establishment but because of the ppl we met! I would not go next year.
We had a bacon cheese burger as they are usually the best. The burger was dry and tastless. Not sure what has changed but the food quality is not as good. Service is always exceptional.
Having a late afternoon lunch with another couple yesterday when the afternoon shift came in around 3pm we ordered our meals and drinks.. i noticed an eyelash in my glass but did not say anything.. then when i started on my soup i felt a piece of something in my mouth. It was a sharp hard plastic about 1 cm long.. Told the other couple and he said he also found a hair on his dinner plate. I call the waitress over and told her if i could speak to the manager and there was no one available. WOW.. She also didn't apologize nor did she seemed to care whatsoever.. She did take the price of the soup off my cheque big deal... I'm sure if I'd swallowed the sharp object i would have been in big trouble.. Very disappointing, Such an "I don't Care" attitude.. Enclosed is a photo of the object on the knife next to our bill..
Had a party for 30 people on Saturday night with ample notice for cooks, servers and wait staff. Sorry to say it was a debacle and the food was horrible. They forgot orders and brought out cols food, they messed orders up and ot took almost 1 hour for all orders to be deli ered. Waitstaff was passing out bills and collecting money as friends and family were still eating. Spoke to a manager and she said she had been their since 8 in the morning and she was tired after a 12 hour shift. NO cutlery for people to cut their liver or fish with. Salads being brought out with no dressings. And all and all management never saved face and came out to apologize. I know that when you have larger groups that you can and will expect problems but the management of this establishment dropped the ball on this one. You need to have a good look at your serving staff as they are ruining everything that the cooks strived to do.
Party of 24. Almost everyone's order was wrong, from chicken Ceasar salad with chicken 20 mins later, undercooked fish, sides wrong, orders completely incorrect - no tomato came with tomato- orders forgot about. Garden salad with no dressing as ordered. It was unorganized and chaotic. I don't know where it all went wrong. Unless you ordered chicken fingers and fries ...it will be messed up. Best part is after MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS not even a slight discount ...instead the bills were coming out as the food was still being brought out. Never, ever again. I'd have better luck in a McDonald's drive through.
Stopped in for Sunday breakfast. Excellent food and service. Very reasonable prices.
Burger was thin and tasteless. Waitress was pleasant and made sure drinks were refilled in good time.
The worst service ever along with a terrible pasta dinner! How hard is it to mess up pasta really? The bread was extremely hard and stale. The salad was so soggy and my pasta that was suppose to be spicy arrabiata consisted of spaghetti noodles, butter and a sad excuse for garlic. The waitress who had zero manners or what seemed to be customer service skills was even worse that the food! She was so upset to see people coming i for dinner. This was the Wednesday pasta dinner fundraiser. You would think that it would be easy for the pasta to be prepared and sent out considering it is all you can.. that was not the case. Our waitress did not bring us drinks nor offer seconds not that we wanted them. I would never recommend this place to anyone in Windsor or coming in to the city.
Stopped in for breakfast on way back from bike ride on Ganatchio Trail. Traditional breakfast menu. Spouse loved eggs, toast, hash browns, bacon and made her breakfast sandwich. Pancakes were good. Food service bit slow but place was quite busy; 10 tables inside + 3 outside were taken. We ordered catering here for a celebration of life month ago. Food was great: chicken, pasta, salad. Catering price readonable. Breakfast price was very reasonable: $20.
Waitress was good. However the cook staff was not prepared for our tables. 1.5 hrs wait.
