Riverside Burgers

This is without a doubt my favourite burger experience. The menu is so brilliantly executed with very high quality and delicious burgers that will surprise you. Best part is, the staff are genuinely nice people, RARE combination indeed. HIGHLY recommend

Lots of variety at this place. Went with the classic Riverside Burger and was definitely tasty. Usually I don't like more sauce, but I think it could have used more. They make their burgers fresh so took some time but no problem with that as I'm not at McDonald's. Will definitely return.

A solid place for fresh cut fries, onion rings, sandwiches and of course burgers! Although the interior is quite small there is limited seating inside, as well as the potential for some bench/outdoor seating when weather permits. As expected from a burger restauraunt, the burgers are fresh pressed to order and juicy! There are lamb burger and chicken burger options, as well as several types of beef burgers vary based on the toppings. I got to try a few, but my favorite was the signature 'Riverside Burger' which is a 6oz beef patty, a huge panko-crusted onion ring, bbq sauce, mozzarella, garlic aioli and bacon.

Have returned. Pretty good smash-esque style burgers with a nice crisp crust on their thick patties but let down by pretty tame fillings and lack of any sauce. I'd say after having returned on two occasions that it's not a top 5 for me, as the toppings are just not the same level as others like burger drops or Matty's patties.. There's just no focused direction on flavours. Eg the coleslaw I had on my double was meh in quantity and quality. Didn't even notice it until I was nearly done. Barely any mayo and overall too try. Takes AMEX. $14-$20 per burger.

Great little burger shop in amidst larger chains and pubs! I went here with a local friend for the first time. The Red Melt burger was excellent, tasty and juicy! My friend claimed her veggie burger was the best she's ever had begin a vegetarian of 27 years. The poutine and fries were also also perfectly done. I'll definitely be back!

I passed by their restaurant a couple of times. I always thought it looked cute and wanted to try it. I recently got a job nearby and finally got the chance to try it. I had the riverside burger but subbed the regular patty for a lamb patty. It was delicious! The workers are so friendly and accomodating as well. I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. The couple who own it are lovely and it's truly a family affair. Everyone who works there is kind and courteous and goes out their way to make it a nice experience for their customers. The burgers are busting with flavour and they always to toss the fries in fryer when you come in for pick up so they're super fresh! They've also recently changed their fries to a thicker cut from the usual julienne and they're some of the best in the neighborhood. The onion rings have a delicious crispy coating and are never soggy or oily same goes for the deep fried pickles. We've been going for years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this place.

I work nights.Tired of fast food. Me and a coworker wanted to find a late night REAL burger spot. We stumbled upon Riverside trying to go to another burger joint down the street that had already turned their grill off. It was fate! THE BEST BURGERS in the city! Paired with Homemade thin cut fries that are a perfect variety of crispyness. Food is always fresh regardless of what time you walk in. not too pricey. They're clean, consistent and the owner is a solid dude. You can tell his food is made with love!

I will echo all the positive reviews about the burgers - they are fresh and tasty. The staff are wonderful and assemble the orders with so much care - we've never had soggy buns or fries even when ordered for takeout. The new Riverside Burgers breakfast menu is UNREAL. Well-priced, huge portions and super fresh. I've had their peameal sandwich, king bagel, and green bagel. The green bagel is delicious. I'm not a huge fan of avocado sandwiches, but the mix of flavours is top notch. I highly recommend that you try out their breakfast offerings... you will not be disappointed.
