We were on a very long Saturday drive heading to Boise from Salt Lake when we encountered car trouble. We decided we needed to turn back, but wanted to stop and give our bodies some liquid nourishment before the trek back home. The options in the area were very limited, but I'm glad we found this joint. It's kind of off the beaten path. And wouldn't you know, it's right by a river. Great views, great back yard, kind employees and happy patrons. When we stopped in on a Saturday the place was pretty empty. Maybe it picks up more at night. I'm not sure. I don't think they had food, nobody was eating. Everything is fairly cheap, so bring on the libations. We hung out for a brief moment, enjoyed the view, and got back on the road. A very good experience overall.
