I went in for a deep cleaning. I was scared because a couple years ago I had this done by a different dentist and it was the worst experience I had ever had. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and always smiling. I wish I could remember the ladies name who did my cleaning because she was amazing. She calmed my nerves. I never felt a thing. I definitely recommend River City Dental.
After not having dental insurance for many years, I selected River City Dental to help me get my dental health back on track. They were kind, supportive and worked hard to help me reach my goals. I look forward to my dental appointments! Thank you for being accessible having patience answering all my questions.
Had a great experience. Kelly was super sweet, gave me great dental tips and made my experience super smooth. Office was very clean, and i was brought back in a timely manner. Office staff super sweet upon check-in. The dentist i saw was very nice also. Will definitely be back.
We recently moved into the area and needed a dentist for our family. I was very fortunate to find River City Dental. I went for my 1 year checkup and they were great!!! Everyone is pleasant, helpful and professional. We are raising our 3 grandchildren and now the kids love to go to the dentist!!! I can't say enough good things about these guys!!!
I am convinced that River City Dental goes around to the best dental schools and hires only the best. Seriously though, I've been a patient here for years and years and I've been taken care of by different people and it's always the best experience ever! Recently I went in and my blood pressure was higher than normal and they recommended me to my doctors which I did go. Even my doctor was impressed! They are simply thorough and your safety is always their #1 concern - what more can you ask for?! I've always wanted to do a review for them but never got around to it however my experience with Jameisha was so amazing I had to get on here asap and voice how amazing this practice is!! Thank you guys!! Even though I moved an hour away I'm still driving to you guys! You guys are worth it!! See you in a few months!
My family has had the pleasure of being patients at river city dental for over 10 years. Each visit is always wonderful! Dr. Lovett and Dr. malarkey are both absolutely fabulous, kind and compassionate. The staff are equally as wonderful and so incredibly helpful! We are so very grateful to have found such an amazing dental office with such amazingly wonderful people!
Dr. Lovett and her team are amazing. They're very personable and efficient. Kelly always takes great care of my teeth. I highly recommend River City Dental!
Let me start off by saying that I have always had horrible Dentist experiences. I've also neglected my dental care for about 8 years. I let the office staff know upfront that I was anxious and had not had a good run... WOW. Never again will I go to another dentist. Everyone - every single person - is so kind and authentic. No one talks down to you, condescends, or judges. They're truly just happy you're there, and happy to help you. If you have a question, they stop what they're doing and make sure it's explained fully before continuing. If everyone had a dental office like this, fewer people would be afraid of the dentist! They've gone above and beyond to help me make a care plan and explain how insurance works, add in my secondary insurance when it came in. 10/10 recommend!
Friendly and welcoming environment. Clean. Would recommend to anyone! Had been a while since my last dentist appointment- 7 years, yikes! Staff made me feel welcome and important and took great care of my teeth. Kelly the hygienist was especially kind taking care of my cleaning. Gave a care plan with all fees up front and the receptionist handled insurance info very well. Everyone knows what they're doing and genuinely cares :
I love and trust RiverCity Dental to take care of all of my dental needs. The dentists and their staff are knowledgeable and professional and very friendly. This dental group makes you feel like family. Kelly is amazing and I feel loved and valued when I am having my teeth cleaned by her. They regularly update my medical information to more efficiently take care of me. I am so thankful that my husband and I chose this dentist. Dr. Lovett is very thorough in her treatment options. So, I would highly recommend this dentist to you. You will be glad that you chose this dentist too.
