Excellent experience on my first visit. My dog is having problems eating which left me quite worried so I phoned the clinic. They got me an appointment right away. Once there everyone was very nice and friendly. The vet´s examination was very thorough and I really appreciated the time and care he took to provide me with detailed explanations of what might be going on and what should be done.

Been taking my dog here for over a year. The staff are very friendly and the prices are more affordable than my last vet. 

The waiting room and exam rooms are sparce but really why pay for frills? The vets have been great in diagnosing the urinary issues dog.

They also encourage you to bring your animal in on random visits just to get a treat so they learn to like it there.

I booked my dog in for a first/last visit as we were only passing through from Alberta en route to Ireland. The clinic was very accommodating, as this was an unusual circumstance. Our previous vet history was all in Calgary, however our departure was from Toronto and when moving a dog overseas, the final paperwork needs to be completed within 5 days of him being de-wormed. The clinic was so helpful with paperwork and logistics and really put my mind at ease.

Dr. Hoogers is a fantastic vet! I have dealt with a few of the vets and he's so far my favourite. My dog had a strange growth coming from beneath his toe nail and we couldn't figure out what was causing it. Dr. Hoogers was there willing to try different approaches while also trying to keep the cost as low as possible, occasionally not charging for check ins - it took months (which was no fault of his, only so much you can do with negative or inconclusive tests.) The majority of the front staff aren't overly welcoming but they do their job efficiently.

I have dealt with this veterinary clinic through my childhood with family pets to now having my own. I reccomend this veterinary clinic they are very friendly. Amazing staff.
