I started taking my cats to this clinic after some bad experiences in some clinics in GTA, I noticed this clinic is very clean which is super important, therefore I choose to neuter my cats here and everything went good……Also when my cat had oral problems and I didn’t noticed, the doctor informed which means he actually did check my babys, some vets in GTA just care about the money and don’t look properly at the cats. I like how the doctor is gentle with my cats, the way he touch them gives me like a good vibe. The reception helpers are very kind they explain very well everything which I appreciate because English isn’t my first language…. Lastly I appreciate how they respect my time, they actually help me at the appointment hour, in the old clinic they made me wait even two hours in my car which was so stressful for my cats and my self.
Everyone 's experience will be different. We drive an hour to get there to have our dogs taken care of. The staff are friendly for the most part. They call to follow up on their patients. We like our Vet because one of our dogs is very difficult to handle and they take care of him. We appreciate that very much and are grateful to all who have to deal with our problem child dog.

This location is absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind to my little fur baby George. He had his neutering here, and boy am I glad I found this place. The operation went well and he recovered very quickly. The prices are affordable for the quality service I would never go anywhere else. I trust this location with both my fur babies. Thank you to all the staff !
Vet and vet techs here are kind and understanding. I brought my dog here for blood in his urine. They were able to identify he had an enlarged prostate. They fixed him to try to address the issue. We were worried at first because of his age going through surgery but the doctor did blood work and check on him before we went through with it. I appreciate the extra diligence they went through. And they made sure to call me to pick him up early when he was getting too anxious after the operation. It was a scary experience for me but our dog is healthy and feeling much better thanks to them.
I personally don't like here and not recommend it to others. I give 3 stars only because it is my first vet. I have no comparison. I am not sure if other vets will be acting the same, so trying to be neutral. What I feel about the vet here is he don't love animal at all. When I brough my puppy there the first time for vaccines, my puppy was very scared, and acting aggressive. As a first time puppy owner, I was expecting he would be more professional to calm him down. But the vet couldn't do anything, other than remember my puppy is aggressive. One year after when the puppy needs shots again, he asked me to give him medicine before going, without even seeing if my puppy has changes over the year, or even trying to be close to my puppy. He never shows his passion, I don't feel being welcomed. Anyway, I will try a different vet to see if all vets are the same.
Just wanted to thank the Vet Tharshan and all the staff who assisted in putting our beloved Chloe to sleep yesterday Their compassionate and support meant so much in this difficult time
My cat had been losing weight very quickly and they helped me to diagnose and treat her. Unfortunately she did not rebound but they were so compassionate and caring during the whole process. 100% recommend them to anyone. They care about your pets more than the money! Which is hard to find these days
I had my first visit with my dog a day ago, and I have to say that the treatment from the staff was very nice. My dog isn't the most sociable to say the least but despite that, the staff and vet were incredibly patient, kind and understanding. I’m very grateful and will definitely look to them in the future :. Prices are very good too!
Vet techs are all great the doctor handles all my dogs amazingly don't trust anyone more
