They have the most developed way to know how much the material of your clothes can resist heat.....THEY TEST A PART OF IT!!!!! if it's PERMANENTLY DAMEGED they give you a call and tell you plz come and pick up your dameged blazer we are not able to dry clean it.....but to be fair they didn't charge me anything for that..... If you like your clothes don't send them to this BOUCHERIE
