This dry cleaner should honestly be put out of business! They ruined my winter coat! The charcoal colour was faded in many spots after dry-cleaning and had become unwearable! I was told by the Chinese lady that the coat was already like that. Why would anyone want to dryclean a coat that's unwearable? Plus if the Drycleaner sees anything like that at drop off they always mention it to the. Customer. She was extremely rude and when another customer saw her reaction and the way she was treating a customer, he told me that he had a similar experience and decided never to go there again and walked out . I'd stay far away from this place if you don't want to damage your nice clothing.
