Rite Aid

Very rude staff. Pharmacist does not seem to have a clue about the medications being dispensed and the refills are never ready on the same day of order. I suggest going to rite aid of Butternut street. They have an excellent team of pharmacists and ancillary staff who are always very understanding and helpful.

Miss the Old Pharmacist Chris, This New lady is Very RUDE and clearly needs lessons on Social skills. As well as privacy laws!!! Switching to another pharmacy was the best thing for me. Support Staff is very pleasant.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous just to be told if they could even fill my script let alone actually filling it, only saving grace was the cashier at both the front end of the store and the back were very nice.

Terrible. Very slow and the rep yells out the name of ur rx. Complete violation of hippa!! Switching pharmacies asap

This store is so terrible that they will take the merchant you returned and never give you refund back. No matter if you paid by your point or your credit card, you will never get the refund back to you.
