I try to call to figure out if my prescription is ready and whoever decided to answer kept putting me on hold and then picking up saying "rite aid, how can I help you?" They kept forgetting that I was on the line and I'm pretty sure weren't actually doing anything. After what was too much time of waiting they finally figure everything out and have what feels like an agressive response when I had a question about the price. I just want to find a nice pharmacy for once, I literally just left the Kinneys on butternut for being awful. I think I'm cursed.

Really like the employees and love the auto refill for scripts. If your insurance won't cover something let the pharmacist know and he will give you alternatives or let you know about coupons/deals.
