Les trois propriétaires sont originaires de différentes régions de l’Italie. Trois gars du métier, amis depuis la tendre enfance, et qui cumulent plus de 75 ans d’expérience entre eux, forment une équipe de gastronomes. Vous pourrez apprécier leur connaissance des vins et de la fine cuisine.

The newest trendy Italian restaurant is now open in old Montreal. It is owned by three Italian gentlemen from various parts of Italy and Sicily.
Quattro’s owners have more than 75 years of experience between them and have been friends since childhood. Their knowledge of wines and fine cuisine makes a superb combination of gastronomic excellence.
