New owners, newly remodeled, and a delicious new menu. I’ve lived here a long time and have eaten the pizza from each owner, most good, some not. THE NEW RINALDI’S Is great! We can’t wait to try new pizzas and meals from their menu! We ordered a large combination pizza - for two of us. There was plenty left over for lunch the next day. We loved the crust! Just a sprinkle of corn meal on the floor of the oven to give that old time taste!
Wanted to try someplace different for pizza and grinders. Got a large hamburg, mushroom, and peppers pizza, chicken cutlet grinder and meatball grinder. Pizza was a thinner crust and crispy. No big dough handle for crust which is also good. Excellent flavor! Meatballs were soft and had good flavor. Sauce was not overpowering, and had nice flavor. Chicken cutlet was tenders vs one solid piece. Good flavor too.
I don't care what anyone says, I always have a good experience with these guys. The people who work here are so nice and caring - we do a lot of special orders at work and they always accommodate our needs and label things. Also the food is fantastic and the portions are great, I always get multiple meals out of what I order. I recommend, would give 6 stars if I could!
Your pizza is the best in this town. Everyone working there is helpful and pleasant. After ordering twice when I called to order they knew who I was and knew who was picking up. Small town feeling in a big town and the pizza is to die for. Keep up the good work.
We’ve had a menu to this place for a little while and my boyfriend and I are very skeptical of trying new places and we won’t order at a place and have it delivered unless it’s delivered by their employees not a GrubHub or something like that so we decided to give this place a try. Since they deliver with their employees…It was the best decision we ever made pizza was fantastic very very flavorful. The calzones were out of this world. We gotten breaded mushrooms and mozzarella sticks and the we’re out of this world also… I highly recommend this place !!! we had it delivered. They said it would be there in about 45 minutes and we got it in 30. It came pipping hot each time we’ve had a delivered and right now it’s up to three times.very friendly people!! I suggest you give them a try
First time here and very happy I requested a heart shape pizza for my valentine and it was delicious! Thank you will be returning .
So happy Rinaldis is back and better then ever. It’s better then the original Longmeadow one and that’s pretty hard to beat. Pizza is the best in Western Mass/ Northern CT hands down.
Screw this place been a customer for years ordered food last night and my whole family got food poisoning. Calling to complain i was treated poorly and told i was wrong and it wasnt their food, then told i dont know what you want me to do. I proceeded to say i would like a refund because of this, after arguing for several minutes i was told i could have my refund but i am never to order from this place again. So thanks rinadis for treating a customer who has been giving you business for years this way, Oh and again once more THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Even though i was told im not always right.
Have ordered here multiple times since the new open and have to say they’re PHENOMENAL. Pizza is one of the best in town, and the people are just as great!
Gotta say, the pizza is really good. great job to the new mgmt. The chicken parm grinder was great as well.Food: 5/5
