The folks at Riley are knowledgeable and very responsive. The conversion project they completed for me was very smooth, with Riley really taking care of everything that needed to be done. Jason was the best, making sure he kept me up to date on everything that needed to be done, and also recommending things along the way that showed he was sincerely interested not just with the current job but also the longer term satisfaction of his customer. If you are interested in a company that will partner with you on a project and not just "get the job done," these folks are exactly what you should be looking for. They have become my go to company for heating and water service!

Arrived on time, all work done completely within about 1.5hrs. Scott was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I thought the price was a little high, but I have not had any plumbing work done for quite some time. Would recommend to a friend.

Charged over $500 to install a dishwasher. There were no changes needed to plumbing. Just a quick 1 hour job. Let’s put it this way I was away on business when that estimate was given. I am sure the owner who I just bought a high end water heater from would be thrilled with that price given to my wife. Or did your guy just look in that “special price book again.” Very disappointed in your company taking advantage of the situation.

Owner arrived on time, professional down to putting cover over shoes entering home. Discussed scope of work: reseal toilet and replace kitchen faucet with identical from mfg. Payment expected at time of service; fine. Presented with option to sign up for annual platinum service for $99 which yields 15% discount on labor. Asked about hrly. rate, owner explained he quotes by job, fine. Confirmed he would need ~2 hrs. and 15% discount would pay for the platinum membership of $99. Quote: $860! There were no materials. Not sure how anyone could quote the equivalent of $400 per hour labor. Caveat emptor
