John Christani has been nothing short of wonderful. His service and attention to detail is second to none. He set me up with a list of available homes that matched my criteria. I would get a email the minute a home went on the market in my price range and location, as it was very easy to stay updated and not miss a great home. Now, what sets John apart from a lot of other agents is that he makes himself available to you all day long, 7 days a week. I can't stress how important that is because having a agent that cant meet you right away could cost you the right home. Sure i have a friend who's an agent but he lives and works downtown, timing is so key in real estate because good deals don't last long. He's very upfront and honest and has never pushed a property on to me or made me feel like i'm taking to long to find a home. Since meeting him at a home he was selling 5 years ago, i have since bought 2 different places and sold 2 places using Johns services. Both homes i sold were at asking price. My last home i was willing to offer asking price to get it but John said to lower my offer and it worked out saving me $$$. Today i move into the second home i bought from John and writing this review while waiting for my moving van to let everyone know if your looking for a agent than look for John. I fully guarantee you wont be disappointed with his services. Im sure a lot of people know a part-time agent or one that lives outside of the area but i can't tell you what a difference it makes having a agent like John because the minute a house comes up that you like than you will be available to view it and put in a offer before anyone gets the opportunity to view it. Both places i bought from John we viewed and bought in the first day that it was on the market while other agents wait to set up viewing to fit their schedule, John will get you in there right away.
