Be careful before moving forward with Dan Cooper Group. Before purchasing our new house, Dan himself overvalued our current home by over $250K to get the deal done. After over 4 months on the market he was unable to sell. We saw Dan only twice during those 4 months. He was non-existent. After sharing my story with friends I have come to discover that this is common practice for Dan. On a bright note, our sales rep Rene was helpful throughout our ordeal and a constant professional. Dan asks clients to give him a “5 Star Google Review” at the time of signing the listing agreement, before he has done any actual work. Be wary of someone who wants credit for a job well done before they have done any work at all. I will share this story with as many people as possible in hopes that I can save someone from the anguish Dan’s actions have caused our family.

I have worked with The Dan Cooper Group for over 15 years now. Dan and his team have always been an extreme pleasure to deal with! They are professional, caring, resourceful and always have the latest marketing ideas. I will always refer my best clients to them, knowing they will be in the best hands!

The Dan Cooper group is a superior real estate brokerage that goes above and beyond its competitors. I had the wonderful experience of working with Mike Castiglione. Mike is a kind and sincere, honest professional who genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to listen to your requests and helps you find the home you desire. Mike is very thorough in his research, and meticulously studies the market to give you a real picture of the value of your home and what he thinks a prospective property is truly worth. He is always accessible and communicates with his clients in a timely fashion. He will walk you through the detailed and complex process of selling/buying your home, always there to answer questions at a moments notice no matter how simple the question. He is an excellent negotiator and helped me sell my home for more than I thought possible. He also used his tememndous skills to help me close the deal on my new home at a price well under asking. I highly recommend the Dan Cooper group as your real estate broker and that you contact Mike Castiglione to represent your real estate needs.
