Rideau Valley Health Centre

I find this clinic is very closed off to patients when trying to call into the office to ask a question. If you call, there is absolutely no one who answers the phone. There is basically no way to ever contact my doctor other than their online booking site.

Dr. Mohamdee is an amazing physician. Great diagnostics and attentive to your medical needs and proactive. He also takes time to answer your questions. No other doctor for me

My doctor here is not good. You're only a number to her and she gets you out the door as fast as she can. Results for misdiagnosing is far to common. Unfortunately I've been informed if I want a different doctor, I must search elsewhere. I will no longer be welcomed at this clinic if I choose to leave my doctor.

Rideau valley is wonderful and the doctors are incredible. It’s really amazing how the Heath team works and being able to book appointments online, virtual visits and being able to see other doctors when it’s off hours or when your doctor isn’t available. Kuddos to everyone who works there!

Excellent service by Dr. Asrat, appointments are punctual, and give enough time for me to ask questions, the only problem with this clinic is the logistics with the service staff to coordinate with labs and pharmacies! Very happy with my Doctor’s health services.

I just wanted to share a giant thank you to Janice and Dr Spencer. I was treated with nothing but kindness, compassion and respect from the moment I called to a follow up after my appointment. Their jobs are not easy and it would be wonderful if people treated those in the medical community with more kindness.
