Ricky's Place

It's a hit or miss with this place. Went in once one bartender was cool the other treated me like I missed the "no coloreds" sign. Then I gave it another chance and wooooow. More of the same but the patrons this time. Maybe I was too sophisticated of a black woman they've had in their facility. I'm fair though 2 stars is better than 1.

Racine overall left a poor impression on me. After all, for a forward thinking, single, fresh out of college, 24 year old, the city doesn't cater very well. However, Ricky's will probably be the one thing I will miss most about Racine! Friendly bartenders, I was in atleast 1-2 times a week, they quickly knew my name, it was a real "Cheers" style relationship. Cheap drinks, friendly service, always something to watch on TV, and good vibes on most nights and afternoons is what you will find here. If I ever make my way back to Racine, you can bet I'll be stopping in!

Don't get to go there often anymore. But from what I know of it hasn't changed that much in 20 years. I love the back way long ago, and I still think it's a great place now. Someone will always pick up your license plate when it's fallen off.

Racist. Was sitting at the bar waiting to be asked what drink I wanted for 20 min. Bartenders ask everyone else around me what they want. Won’t even give you the time of the day or even Acknowleda acknowledge. Do not come in here if you’re anything but white.

A regular hangout spot for a Saturday night or sporting events. During many big events they serve buffet food. Great times are always had at Ricky's!!

Great place to watch football games with numerous HD TV's and drink specials. We are always treated with great respect by bartenders and the owner.
