Ordered a sandwich for lunch today, through skip the dishes. When I received the sandwich, there was Mold on the both buns, inside and out. I called Ricky’s to let them know, and they honestly could not care at all. They didn’t even apologize for anything. They’re only response was “Contact Skip”. This isn’t a skip the dishes issue, it’s a restaurant issue. Their lack of common sense is ridiculous. I Understand things happen, but own up to it. Will never eat from here again.
My family and I have eaten here more than a dozen times. It has been perfect every time. Very friendly staff. Quality food. My wife loves the Rose Pasta. My son and I LOVE the burgers. I've probably eaten a couple thousand burgers in my life. Ricky's genuninely ranks in the top 3-4 for me. Better than Denny's, better than Humpty's, better than Smitty's, and better than IHOP. And better than a lot of the trendy burger places in Calgary. My only frustration is that you close so early. 4 or 5 times I've wanted to go there in the evening but it closes at 8! An extra hour would make a huge difference...for me anyways. Keep up the great work!

Cooking and egg on a pan and folding it like a sad taco is not an omelette. Raw cold veggies and just an all around mess. The sausage breakie bowl was lacking in all areas. $60 wasted on poor quality.
Smaller location than normal. The food was decent but a bit off from what I normally experience at Ricky's. The staff was very polite and moved fast.Food: 3/5
It was a coffee meeting so I didn't have a chance to try the menu. Still, though, we had good service and the coffee was good, not fantastic but good, pretty much what you would expect from a chain restaurant.Food: 4/5
Its been years since I've eaten here and I was extremely disappointed. Everything was cold the hash browns weren't even cooked and my omelet was soggy.
