John did an amazing job. Super easy going and understanding. Was fast and did a great job fitting my new denture!! Highly recommend !

Paid for dentures for my dad after being referred to these people by plaza dental waiting on a call back for a week.We call every other day and get a run around. My dad's fighting a bad infection and in hospital. We get a call today from plaza that mybite is now busy with a family emergency for 2 weeks......I would NOT recommend!!!!

They do not do insurance pre authorization and only 2 denturists in this facility do direct billing, which you’re not told at time of appointment if you happen to not get one of those 2. Fiancé was referred here and just trying to get in for an appointment has been a three month ordeal with them continually telling us “they don’t do pre authizations as it takes too long to hear back” while I can do one within an hour with my insurance online. Also on the website they state that they explain all costs so there are never surprises, but are unable to actually tell us how much we will pay after insurance. Do not recommend unless you can pay full cost up front. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

The service was excellent. I was given a cost at the beginning and there were no surprises or added fees at the end. The girls at the front were friendly and welcoming. John himself didn’t try to sell me anything more than I needed. He gave me 2 options with big cost differences and explained the differences so I could decided which route I wanted to go. He wants you to be happy with the way your new teeth fit and will work to get it just right!

Went to have a new partial denture made. The staff was amazing and wonderful to deal with. Kept me up to date with my appointments by texting me reminders, very helpful. Christian was wonderful and I recommend him to everyone. In the end I now have a new denture and I love to show it off with my smile

Waste of time. They will book you time and let you wait for long even if you arrived 20mins before the appointment.
