Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Cali is personal and patient. She made me feel at ease with my decision to have a filling replaced by taking the time to listen to my anxiety and suggested I have an anxiety reducing pill before my replacement appointment. I felt heard and helped. Thank you all Gpfamilydental staff.

If you want to have a wonderful experience at a dental office I highly recommend Grande Prairie Family Dental ! Right from when I walked in the door my visit was nothing but positive ! Faye at the front desk was so pleasant and knowledgeable, as well as helpful and kind : Then once in an exam room I was greeted by the friendly and kind assistant Marissa : who answered all my questions and concerns, helping me with my extreme anxiety throughout the visit When doctor Cali came in I immediately felt her genuine concern for my dental needs and she spoke so warmly and kindly to me, also answering all my concerns and giving me all the options available for my needs. When I walked in the door today I was shaking with anxiety and when I was leaving I felt calm and cared about and can honestly say I have never had such a positive dental experience in my life !

We visited the GP Dental clinic for tard removal, we received a warm welcome and our waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Cali gave her suggestions and I completed tard removal for my teeth, which took 3 visits and my teeth were back to normal. Dr. Cali suggested whitening materials and prescribed toothpaste for future use.

Apparently needed fillings on two teeth that never bothered me. Dr. Kalifornia had to freeze my mouth 4 times before she got it right never had an issue before. And now the teeth she filled bother me. I know it’s called a practise but don’t want someone still learning practising on me when paying full price.

Great reception, Great work. All around great service! - I am a scatter brain and pushed appointments around, mixed up my coverage and wasnt the easiest client to work with but despite my unusual behavior they were very accommodating and understanding also very informative and helpful. Fast and Effective work Substantial Satisfaction

The staff have always done their best to accommodate my needs to ensure that I am comfortable when they do the work needed. I am very grateful to have that support from a dental place that works with my issues always.

I needed an emergency Root Canal. Dr. Cali and her staff did a great job getting me in last min on a Saturday. They explained the procedure & pricing up front. Everything went well and I felt they did a good job taking care of me. Big thanks to Grande Prairie Family Dental!!

It used to be a good place, I don't know what happened but service just changed overtime. We deal with them for about 7 years, and now they won't even entertain warranty claims for one of the metal crown that they've installed for my kid a year ago. NOT A PLACE TO RECOMMEND ..
